By accessing or using our Service, which automates the generation of Healthcare Provider (HCP) event attendee reports, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Our Service involves a process where the client downloads a template, enters HCP first and last name and state, and uploads this information to our software. We then provide a fully detailed report, which can be uploaded to reporting software, typically Concur.
We provide our Service "as is," and we do not take any responsibility for the outcomes of the reports generated, including but not limited to errors, inaccuracies, or incompleteness. Additionally, we are not responsible for any outcomes related to submitting reports to Concur or any related personal employment outcomes.
As a user, you agree to review the reports provided by our Service in detail before using them for any purpose, including uploading to any reporting software. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the reports.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
In the course of providing the [Service], Automated Time Savers DBA NPIGo may collect, store, process, and use various types of data, including but not limited to, information submitted by the user, data generated during use of the service, and other relevant information.
By using our Service, you agree that Automated Time Savers DBA NPIGo retains full rights to all data collected through the Service. Automated Time Savers DBA NPIGo will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in its collection, use, and management of user data.
Each subscription tier under our service includes a specific number of queries per month. A 'query' is defined as the processing of one line item in a .csv file. The number of queries available is fixed and corresponds to the selected subscription tier.
The query allowance is reset every month. The reset occurs on the same day each month, corresponding to the date of account creation. For instance, if your account was created on the 15th, your query allowance will reset on the 15th of each subsequent month.
Unused queries do not carry over to the next month. If you do not use the full amount of your monthly query allowance, the unused queries will be forfeited. For example, if your tier plan allows for 100 queries per month and you use only 50 in a given month, your available queries will reset to 100 at the start of the next month, not 150.
By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree to this monthly query allowance and reset policy. This policy is designed to maintain fairness and efficiency in the allocation of our resources to all subscribers.
